An 11-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Tuesday on charges of assault.
Thefts A backpack, cell phone, watch, purse and contents were reported stolen Monday from 121 S. Lorimier.
A meter was reported stolen Monday by Charter Communications at 1620 N. Kingshighway.
A credit device was reported stolen Monday at 105 N. Clark.
Cash was reported stolen Monday at 5 Village Drive.
A stereo and amplifier were reported stolen Monday at 727 N. Sprigg.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amoco D-Mart, 3276 William.
A CD player, compact discs, sunglasses, subwoofers and an amplifier were reported stolen Monday at 727 N. Sprigg.
A cordless phone was reported stolen Monday at 1802 Woodlawn.
License plate tab stickers were reported stolen Monday in the Cape Girardeau area.
Oil was reported stolen Monday from 779 W. Rodney.
A purse was reported stolen from G Dorm on Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Burglaries A computer was reported stolen in a burglary from Towers North on Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
DVDs and jewelry were reported stolen Tuesday in a burglary at 1302 Bloomfield.
Property damage
A window was reported damaged Tuesday at 1009 N. Spanish.Miscellaneous
A purse and contents were reported lost Monday at 31 S. Kingshighway.
Sexual misconduct was reported Tuesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
A 1976 Chevy Nova was reported abandoned Tuesday at 1224 Bloomfield.

Arrests
Nathan B. Cromwell, 24, of 317 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
Kitty D. Durbin, 41, of 1514 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
Christopher O. McClanahan, 20, of 1323 Bel Air, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
Duane E. Haffner, 19, of 245 S. Union Ave., Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
