Arrests Justin C. Wiseman, 18, 132 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, and Clarence Brown Jr., 19, 412 Koch, Cape Girardeau, were arrested Sunday on suspicion of delivery or concealment of contraband or articles (tobacco) into the jail.

Teresa A. Aguilera, 27, 526 Boxwood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of trespassing and peace disturbance.

An 11-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Sunday on suspicion of stealing and possession of tobacco by a minor.

Charles Eric DePauw, no age given, 911 Hickory, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.

Michael P. Taylor, 20, 333 N. Pacific, Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for probation violation.

Thefts A CD player was taken and a vehicle window broken Sunday at 1335 Amblewood.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at 211 St. Francis Drive.

A 16-year-old juvenile girl was cited into juvenile court Monday on suspicion of stealing.

Property Damage A vehicle window was reported broken Monday at 1932 Eden Way.

Forgery Forged checks were reported Monday at Famous-Barr, 100 West ParkMall.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Zachary G. Brazier, 17, 3615 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of sexual misconduct, indecent exposure and peace disturbance.

Jennifer H. Hernandez, 41, 11405 Farmington Road, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and third-degree assault.

Ramiro Garcia Jr., 17, 622 Kies Ave., Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses Terrie M. Earnheart, 24, 1207 E. Main St., Jackson, was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Ashley Mauer, 17, 722 County Road 444, Jackson, was issued a summons Saturday for driving without a license.

John P. Kirk, 20, 1443 Rolling Fields Drive, Jackson, was issued summonses Sunday for driving an ATV in the street, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to yield to emergency vehicles.

Tyler S. Sprandel, 17, 2005 Otto Drive, Jackson was issued a summons Sunday for failure to yield to a pedestrian.

Michelle Yoke, 33, 22534 Diana Drive, Jackson, was issued summonses Sunday for peace disturbance and harassment.

Teresa L. Meaberry, 31, 2812 Hilltop Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday for driving under revocation.

Property Damage A screen door was reported damaged in the 100 block of West Mary Street Friday.

Property damage was reported Sunday in the 400 block of Greensferry.

A car window was reported broken Friday in the 300 block of East Jackson.

Theft Fuel was reported stolen Saturday at Winks Bait and Tackle, 1024 N. High St.

Flowers and garden plants were reported stolen from Country Mart Sunday.

Peace Disturbance Water balloons were reported thrown in a vehicle in the 100 block of North High Street Sunday.

Department of Public Safety

The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Andrew Richard Tenholder, 11727 Clarksdale, Maryland Heights, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for possession of a controlled substance.
