The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Racheal S. Kitchen, 24, of 601 Ruth, Scott City, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

A person was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of ephedrine.

A person was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, driving while suspended and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Two persons were placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and for failure to stop.

Travis W. Beasley, 32, of 310 Cypress Lake Road, Burfordville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Muhammad D. Jackson, 27, of 921 Hackberry, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Missouri warrant for parole absconder.

Summonses Freddy M. Wren, 55, of 421 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for a zoning violation for a fence, litter and maintaining a nuisance vehicle.

Scott R. Ayers, 41, of 1121 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for maintaining nuisance vehicles.

Thefts A stereo was reported stolen Tuesday at 2031 Montgomery.

A cell phone and checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 2733 Hawthorne.

Cash was reported stolen Tuesday at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

A tire and a wheel were reported stolen Wednesday by Capricorn Communications Cable TV Co. at 418 S. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous A counterfeit $20 bill was reported Tuesday by Don's Store at 3341 S. Sprigg.

Failure to return rental property was reported Tuesday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.

DWI Jason Streiler, 20, of 119 S. Hope St., Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Sean A. Colvin, 24, of 972 Old Earthronton, Wildwood, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Andrew O'Neal, 20, of 349 West Lane, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Brad Eyler, 21, of 1310 Gina, Jackson, was arrested Friday on a Jackson warrant for contempt of court.
