Arrests
Ronnie F. Parmer, 18, of 919 E. Rodney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Lavonda R. Brown, 32, of 515 S. Logan, Carbondale, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Priscilla L. Green, 25, of 507 E. Williams, Anna, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Sandra L. Chaney, 39, of 315 Emma, Scott City, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Nathan R. Mueller, 25, of 225 N. 5th St., St. Charles, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.Summonses
Kim Koziacki, 19, of 3837 Lewis St., St. Louis, received a summons Friday on suspicion of assault from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Sean P. Carosello, 19, of 4347 Toences, St. Louis, received a summons Friday on suspicion of alcohol possession by a minor from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Thefts
Cash was reported stolen Sunday at 1232 Linden.
Theft was reported Monday by Thorngate at 1507 Independence. Michael S. McClard Harper, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint. He was also arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.Burglary
A burglary was reported Monday at 225 S. Spanish. Nothing was reported taken.

Tana Propst, 42, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
Paul Simpson, 19, of 518 S. Ellis, Apt. U, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.Miscellaneous
A burglary was reported Saturday in the 400 block of North High.
A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 1400 block of East Main.
A peace disturbance was reported Monday in the 300 block of Greensferry.
Theft was reported Friday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
A child custody dispute was reported Friday in the 500 block of North Hope.
A child custody dispute was reported Friday in the 6100 block of East U.S. 61.
A domestic dispute was reported Sunday in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
