Arrests
* Ronald A. Wright, 43, of 1127 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for revoked license and speeding.
* Linda K. Wyatt, 34, of 27 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
* William J. Tegel, 39, of 2216 Cambridge Drive, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* David L. Hightower, 21, of 409 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for illegal dumping.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported at 201 S. Lorimier St. Keith J. Tuck, 32, of 500 Louis St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Two assaults were reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Janeane F. Walls, 43, of 425 East Lane, Jackson, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A theft was reported at 2109 William St. Joseph B. Carr, 21, of 615 Farrar Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Property damage
* A light was reported broken at 421 Broadway.
* Arnold Homes Co., 1908 Sapphire Lane, reported a dump truck side glass broken out.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Janeane F. Walls, 43, of 425 East Lane, Jackson, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Indecent exposure was reported at Independence and Ellis Streets. James A. Welsh, 21, of 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summonses
* Dennis C. Hurst, 41, of 415 N. Russell Ave., received a summons for failure to produce insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* James P. Smith, 33, of 824 Gerald St., received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
* Cody A. Reid, 17, of 4837 Old Cape Road, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to equip motor vehicle with two approved brake lights.
Miscellaneous
* Two domestic disputes were reported.
* A disturbance of the peace was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.
