DWI
* Gregory M. Ryan, 47, of 1823 Lawanda St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and careless and imprudent driving.
Arrests
* Anthony L. Wilkins, 21, of 331 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while suspended.
* Christopher M. Leavy, 44, of Freeburg, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for suspended operators license and false declaration.
* Phabeyonne Williams, 29, of 329 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Pulaski County, Ill., warrant for failure to pay fines.
* Lisa M. Picou, 23, of 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.
* Kevin K. Bevell Jr., 18, of 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
* Ricky D. Maglone, 21, of 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* David H. Kennedy, 52, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconder.
* Carl W. Miller, 46, of 3122 Themis St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing.
* Lois R. Lamar, 36, of 927 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for child neglect and nonsupport.
* Amanda L. Beck, 26, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds.
Summons
* Christen M. Stoneking, 23, of 3023 Aspen Drive, received a summons for a leash law violation.
Assaults
* Two domestic assaults were reported.
Thefts
* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.
Burglary
* Burglary, unlawful use of a weapon, and resisting arrest was reported. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 101 Louis St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2417 Camel Back Road.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 317 Broadview St.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.
* A suspicious fire was reported.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summonses
* Thomas E. Young, 17, of 733 August St., received a summons for failure to stop for a red light.
* Christopher B. Nolan, 33, of 503 Oak Lane, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted sign.
Thefts
* A theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Lenco Avenue.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street.
* Two peace disturbances were reported.
