* Janae Meacham, 27, and Allan K. Miller, 32, both of 337 N. Park Ave., were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Kittrell E. Braselman, 43, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and trespassing.

* Timothy A. Keesee, 37, of Scott City, was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* Broshawn D. Egson, 29, was arrested on a warrant.

Assaults

* Child abuse was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Megan A. Blattner, 20, of 251 Estate Drive, was arrested on suspicion of speeding.

Summonses

* Nancy L. Ellis, 37, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kacie L. Seabaugh, 18, of Delta, received a summons for failure to show insurance and a seatbelt violation.

* Christopher A. Seabaugh, 23, of Delta, received a summons for failure to produce insurance.

* Child abuse was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Property damage

* Vandalism was reported in the 100 block of East Mary Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the 900 block of Raines Avenue.

* Vandalism was reported in the 200 block of Henderson Street

* Vandalism was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Three incidents of domestic dispute were reported.

* An affray was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A person was reported missing on Shawnee Avenue.

* A forgery was reported in the 300 block East Jackson Boulevard.

* Trespassing was reported in the 700 block of Emma Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the SEMO Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Moriano L. Lardge, 19, of Myers Hall, received a summons for assault.

Theft

* Keys, license, and a student identification were reported stolen from the Recreation Center.
