The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Kimberly J. Barron, 43, of 2816 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and failure to use a turn signal.

Robert Q. Woods, 17, of 509 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of resisting arrest, failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Justin W. Denton, 27, of 910 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Summonses Kayla R. Williams of Rural Route 1, Box 179, Tamms, Ill., received a summons Tuesday for operating an unlicensed vehicle, striking a stopped vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

Wendell L. Kornesay of HC 64, Box 855, Grassey, Mo., received a summons Tuesday for following another vehicle too closely.

Thefts Stealing was reported Tuesday by Famous Barr at 3049 William. A person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

Jewelry was reported stolen Tuesday at 721 N. West End Blvd.

A gold bicycle was reported stole Tuesday at 1927 N. Kings-highway.

A wooden box and jewelry were reported stolen Tuesday at 2577 Lisa.

A paint sprayer, fabricator, welder and assorted tools were reported stolen Wednesday at 120 N. Sprigg.

Cash was reported stolen Tuesday at the student recreation center to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Property Damage A door and lock were reported damaged Tuesday at 1317 Whitener.

Miscellaneous A VCR and a telephone were reported found Tuesday at Belleridge and Pike/Jasmine.

A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Tuesday for being a runaway.

Arrest Damion Oakley, 20, of Kona, Benton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Amanda Blaylock, 19, of 1005 State Highway 72, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for no valid operator's license.

Tammy Jackson, 35, of 1735 Ridge Road, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for failure to stop at a red light.

Miscellaneous A request was made Tuesday to check on the well being of a person in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.

A domestic dispute was reported Tuesday in the 1200 block of East Main.
