DWI
* Billy S. Tucker, 35, of 410 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no seat belt.
Arrests
* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 21, of 539 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Melissa H. Davis, 33, of 701 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of crack cocaine.
* Zachary C. Statler, 19, of 701 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of headlights required, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor.
* Kaley J. McGuigan, 17, of 701 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ricky C. Mosley, 49, of 421 Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.
Summonses
* Karl O. Honaas, 19, of 33 N. Ellis St., and Richard Eugene Price, 17, of 1606 Good Hope St., received summonses for firework safety.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Kelly E. Roberts, 28, of Kennett, Mo., and Shawna M. Odom, 32, of Kennett were arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Dollar General Store, 64 S. Plaza Way, reported the theft of a cellular telephone.
* Two bicycles were reported stolen at 537 N. Sprigg St.
* An attempted robbery was reported.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 2714 Plymouth Drive. Briefcases and other various items were stolen.
* Edgewater Glass Company, 324 S. Plaza Way, reported a window was broken and cash stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 2867 Whitener St.
* USA Mattress Outlet, 2822 Bloomfield Road, reported a window was broken and cash stolen.
Property damage
* Baisch and Skinner, 241 S. Sprigg St., reported a broken window.
* Cape Auto Paint and Supply, 377 S. Plaza Way, reported a broken window.
* PDQ Quality Printing, 334 S. Plaza Way, reported a broken window.
* J Mac Equipment, 300 S. Plaza Way, reported broken windows and a burglary.
* Vehicle damage was reported at 247 Siemers Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A dog bite was reported.

* A 13-year-old boy was arrested and cited into juvenile court for an assault.
* Eric S. Hemphill, 24, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear on a property damage charge.
* Amanda D. Stacy, 18, of 1927 Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving without a valid license.
* Michael L. Johnson, 41, of 318 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.

* Laura A. Killough, 38, of 451 Anna Drive., received a summons for improper lane usage.
* Rondell M. Ward, 41, of 203 Franks Lane in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for shoplifting.
* A 16-year-old girl received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
* Ronald L. Koehler, 62, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
* Paulette M. Tidwell, 59, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
* Robert L. Sizemore III, 17, of 509 Sycamore St., received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
* Willie L. Brown IV, 19, of 822 Sprigg St. in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and littering.
* Jake A. Wheeler, 21, of 638 E. Jefferson St., received a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.
* Louise Jeannine Jones, 40, of 1431 Woodland Drive, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted sign.

* A counterfeit $100 bill was reported in the 400 block of West Independence Street.
