DWI

* Catherine A. Bryan, 33, of 1430 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Brandon L. King, 19, of 1040 N. Fountain St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for failure to return to confinement, and failure to pay fine and costs for resisting with arrest.

* Amanda L. Beck, 26, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

* Melvin Steward, of 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.

* Michael J. Holborow, 23, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Aaron L. Jenkins, 24, of 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for burglary and stealing.

* Kristen L. Fulkerson, 31, of 1810 Meyer Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Derek S. Miller, 20, of 403 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Clarence D. Lowe, 38, of Scott County, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* Brandee R. Young, 26, of 610 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of forgery.

Summons

* Deanna M. Lopez, 26, of 840 S. Ellis St., received a summons for stealing.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported. Bobby K. Ayers II, 23, of 28320 Whitener St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

Thefts

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A robbery and a rape were reported.

Summonses

* Ronald R. Martens, 42, of 403 Springview Drive, received a summons for driving without a valid license.

* Floyd F. Harper, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for improper display of license plate, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

* Checks were reported stolen in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the SEMO Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen from Scully Building.

* A bean-bag chair was reported stolen from Myers Hall.
