Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Roberto Chavez-Fabian, 27, of 2831 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Justin P. Hays, 24, of 1218 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrest
* Justin D. Moore, 25, of 2855 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended driver's license and a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
Assault
* A domestic assault was reported at 624 S. Pacific St. Leander West, 40, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Thefts
* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Sally R. Delisle, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A 1987 white Chevrolet Monte Carlo was reported stolen from 385 Siemers Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* A peace disturbance was reported on 1000 S. Silver Springs Road. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.
Property Damage
* Access Court Services, 2907 Independence St., reported a damaged table.
* Scratched vehicle doors were reported at 2605 Gerhardt St.
Miscellaneous
* An unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A 20-year-old man was reported to have walked away form a mental facility.
* Trespassing, indecent exposure and underage consumption of alcohol were reported. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited for misuse of emergency services.
* Failure to register as a sex offender was reported.
Jackson
The following items were reeased by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summonses
* A 16-year-old boy received a summons for a stop sign violation.
* Amanda M. Wheeler, 23, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Carrie S. Lattimer, 43, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Kristopher J. Melton, 43, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
Theft
* Stereo equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Old Cape Road.
Miscellaneous
* An ex parte violation was reported in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of North Farmington Road.
