The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Levelle D. Simpson Jr., 20, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion for possession of a controlled substance.
* Brian E. Harris, 20, of 1204 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion for manufacturing controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
* Ryan T. Underwood, 22, of 230 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Timothy D. Slinkard, 24, of 1113 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
Summonses
* Patrick A. Clark, 29, of 648 S. Spring Ave., received a summons for peace disturbance.
* Matthew R. Hittmeier, 26, of 230 N. Ellis St., and Douglas S. Carlton, 19, of 230 N. Ellis St., received summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.
Assaults
* An assault, armed criminal action and attempted robbery were reported.
* An assault and trespassing were reported at Bellevue and Lorimier streets. Leandra R. Rigney, 19, of 37 S. Benton St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* An assault was reported at 210 Franks Lane. Elmer L. Jackson, 42, of 210 Franks Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* Jewelry was reported stolen from 1933 Delwin St.
* Air conditioners were reported stolen from 230 Good Hope St.
* Identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and device were reported.
* Cotner Electric, 2049 Southern Expressway, reported the theft of copper.
Miscellaneous
* A counterfeit $10 bill was reported at 217 N. Kingshighway.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summons
* Kyle M. Creely, 19, of 2650 Old Cape Road, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
