Charlotte L. Laughlin, 47, of 205 S. Middle, No. 3, Cape Girardeau, was Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

A CD stereo with a detachable faceplate was reported stolen Monday at 1310 W. Cape Rock Drive.
A freezer and a CD stereo with a detachable faceplate were reported stolen Monday at 1314 W. Cape Rock Drive.
A car was reported stolen Monday at 2611 Auto Park Drive.
A carburetor was reported stolen Monday at 922 N. Cape Rock Drive.
Services were reported stolen Monday by Grecian Steak House at 2002 Independence.
A black and purple bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 229 N. Henderson.
