Arrests Rachel C. King, 19, of 507 Cape Meadows, No. 311, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of robbery.

Angela D. Spears, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for forgery.

Violeta A. Hildalgo, 56, of 1115 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on three Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear.

Sonya M. Foulks-Kimmins, 19, of Clark Road, P.O. Box 716, Tamms, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.

Keisha S. Dilworth, 17, of Route 1, Box 353, Tamms, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.

Christopher B. Ford, 22, of 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Matthew D. Martin Sr., 25, of 2003 Concord Place, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons Danny F. Lynn, 46, of 1335 Ashland Hills Drive, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for stalking.

Thefts Theft was reported Tuesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Two juvenile males, ages 14 and 16 years, were cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Famous Barr reported theft Tuesday at 100 West Park Mall. A subject was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges.

A computer was reported stolen Tuesday at 342 N. Park.

Money was reported stolen Tuesday at 1908 Independence.

Property Damage Christmas decorations were reported damaged Monday at 1569 Princeton.

A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at 2110 Cambridge.

A window was reported broken Tuesday at 300 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Monday by Food Giant at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jerry S. Ulrich, 45, of 756 Pecan Lane, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Miscellaneous Child abuse was reported Monday at the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Monday at the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage was reported Monday at the 1800 block of South Farmington Road.
