DWI
* Stephanie R. Rudluff, 24, 1306 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and traffic violations.
Arrests
* Julie A. Dement, 46, 3109 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
* Ryan Carl Fadler, 26, 704 S. Main St., Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on three city warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
* Michelle R. Choate, 29, 304 Sycamore St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a seat-belt violation.
Thefts
* Televisions, hockey table, remote control, toys, cash and a Thermos were reported stolen from 45 S. West End Blvd.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from West Side convenience, 2021 Perryville Road.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.
* A digital register was reported stolen from Cash Only, 2012 William St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported scratched at 823 N. Clark St.
* A window was reported broken at Village Drive, Building 6.
* A door was reported damaged at Grace Fellowship Church, 351 Christine St.
Miscellaneous
* Six instances of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
Jackson
The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* Thefts were reported in the 500 block of West Main Street and in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street and the 1700 block of Greensferry Road.
Miscellaneous
* Animal neglect was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street.
