Arrests
* Cynthia L. Koerner, 23, of 1543 Grandview Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to obey judge's order for burglary and stealing and failure to obey judge's order for stealing.
* Joe Kindle, 48, of 502 S. Hanover St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Janet L. Wiley, 44, of 1005 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Sikeston Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court for traffic offenses.
* Matthew L. Hellrich, 19, of 3414 Glenridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of failure to stop at a steady red light, operating a motor vehicle with no license, minor in possession of intoxicants and unlawful use of a license.
Summonses
* Stephanie N. Nicholas, 23, of 925 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported at 641 Charles St.
Thefts
* Chrome wheels with tires were reported stolen at 1824 Margaret St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 200 West Park Mall.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing taken. Tamika S. Wiseman, 19, of 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
Summonses
* Sandra L. Riggins, 53, of Piedmont, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
* David M. Sloan, 18, of 211 S. Bast St., was issued a summons for speeding and failure to register a motor vehicle annually.
Assaults
* Assault was reported in the 3800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Assault was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
