Assaults Brandon C. Blattner, 18, of 1832, Scott Street, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts An EBT card was reported stolen Wednesday at 3020 Boutin.

A pager, gym bag and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 121 S. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 2109 William.

A shopping cart was reported stolen Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

Speakers and amplifiers were reported stolen and a vehicle top torn Thursday at 211 S. Park.

Money was reported stolen Thursday at 9 N. Fountain.

A red 1984 Chevrolet was reported stolen Thursday at 2747 Adeline.

Miscellaneous A report of a driver passing a stopped school bus was made Wednesday at the 1900 block of North Kingshighway.

A blue Volvo with Illinois license plates was towed Wednesday from the 400 block of South Middle.

A vehicle burst into flames and burned Thursday at Interstate 55 and Hopper Road.

A gray 1990 Chevrolet was towed Thursday from 724 Broadway.
