Arrest

* Chassidy T. Hendricks, 24, of 619 Ferguson Drive, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Andrea D. Horrell, 17, of 2627 Leroy Drive, received a summons for failure to stop for a school bus.

* Craig A. Walker, 25, of 505 Washington St., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving, driving uninsured vehicle, suspended license and no seat belt.

Assaults

* Two assaults were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault and possess of a controlled substance were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Tri-County Group XV reported a stolen cell phone, checks and mail from Independence and Water streets.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 1300 Margaret St.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of a bicycle and clothing were reported at 921 Hackberry St.

Property damage

* Cape Auto Plex, 1000 Kingsway Drive, reported a damaged vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Stalking and peace disturbance were reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported.

* Property damage was reported at Main and Hope streets.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A laptop computer was reported stolen from Dearmont Hall.
