* Timothy Kevin Michell, 37, of 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
Summons
* Donald J. Wasniak, 33, of 453 S. Louisiana Ave., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
Assault
* Domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance were reported at 2830 Hopper Road. Justin L. Blanchard, 22, of 2830 Hopper Road, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported and a wall spray painted at 2815 S. Sprigg St.
Thefts
* A purse was reported stolen and property damage reported at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* BP Motor Mart, 3276 William St., reported ice stolen.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Annie Laurie's Antiques, 536 Broadway St., reported a vase, saucer and dishes stolen. Jeanette M. Saling, 56, of 609 Bellevue St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 312 W. Lorimier St.
* A CD player and cell phone were reported stolen at 1148 S. Kingshighway.
Property Damage
* A window was reported broken at 735 William St.
Miscellaneous
* Assisting another agency was reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
* US Bank, 325 N. Kingshighway reported checks forged. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
* A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Interference with child custody was reported.
* A 1999 black Cheverolet was towed at 1325 Broadway.

Arrest
* Jeffery M. Bridgeman, 21, of 9854 Highway 72, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.
Thefts
* Gasoline was reported stolen in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* A person was reported missing in the 400 block of Howard Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
