Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- William M. Corruthers, 54, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for assault.
- Kevin Lamont Hart, 21, 4216 E. Garfield St., St. Louis, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for no seat belt.
- Emily Kathryn Lohrmann, 17, 1529 Briarcliff, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with a theft reported by Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Mashiki Jerryo Mosley, 36, 801 Good Hope St., Apt. 38, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
- Robert Loren Edwards, 55, 534 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for probation violation.
- James David Henington, 42, 19939 State Highway 51, Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for striking a stopped vehicle.
- John Alan Parker, 27, 1107 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear.
Theft
- A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for stealing in connection with the report of jewelry stolen from Famous-Barr, 100 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.
- Three tow dollies were reported stolen from Cape Auto Pool, 1214 Meadowbrook Dr.
- A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 2825 Bloomfield Road.
- Gasoline was reported stolen from West Side Convenience, 2021 Perryville Road.
Property damage
- Burrito Ville, 820 N. Sprigg St., No. 3, reported the entry door glass was damaged.
Forgery
- Forgery was reported at Lowe's, 3440 Lowe's Drive; Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway; Kidd's II; Save-a-Lot, 396 N. Kingshighway; Kids Wear Again, 118 N. Main St.; U Kwik Stop; Annie Kate's, 709 Broadway; Howard's Athletic Goods, 900 Broadway; and Casa Mexicana, 1015 N. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
- Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported three instances of bad checks.
- Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kingshighway, reported the loss of a dealer tag D94AH.
- A resident reported someone had tampered with a 2000 Pontiac Grand-Am.
- A red bicycle was found at 602 Maple St.
- A 6-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
- A green bicycle was found at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
Jackson
