The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Ricky Cornell Mosley, 48, 137 S. Spanish St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

Stephen Dewayne Anderson, 22, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 212, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for no operator's license and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for false information.

Robert Louis Blackmon, 53, 144 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for DWI, failure to comply and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. He was also arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.

Melissa A. Randol, 35, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 406, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Carla Weston, 25, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 52, was arrested on two city warrants for contempt of court to pay fine and costs for traffic offenses.

Billy W. Griswell, 49, 1104 Main St., Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

Two money bags containing cash and checks were reported stolen from St. Mary's Cathedral, 615 William St.

A television, DVD player and vacuum cleaner were reported stolen from 2301 Bloomfield Road.

A variety of electronics was reported stolen from 803 S. Ellis St.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 407 Morgan Oak St.

A theft was reported at 313 Themis St.

Property Damage

Miscellaneous household items, television, CD/radio player and wall were reported damaged at 1710 N. Sprigg St. A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges.

Jackson

The following items were released Wednesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

Thefts were reported in the 900 block of East Jackson Boulevard, 200 block of East Main Street, 800 block of Amanda Street, 400 block of Hidden Meadow Drive, and 800 block of Clark Street.

Property Damage

A report of property damage was made in the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
