DWI

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Rebecca E. Sabo, 27, of 1207 E. Main St., Apt. 40, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for passing bad checks.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges for failure to register as a sex offender.

Summons

* Donald R. Sides, 52, of 317 S. Spring St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of nuisance vehicles and failure to maintain lawn free of lawn mowers.

Thefts

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1710 Stoddard Court.

* Stolen property was reported recovered.

* A checkbook was reported stolen at 646 Whitelaw Ave.

* A gift card was reported stolen at 701 Perry Ave.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on theft.

* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported check forgery.

* Money was reported stolen at 1512 Big Bend Road.

* Check forgery was reported at William Street and Missouri.

* A DVD player and calculator were reported stolen at 1806 Huntington Drive.

* A purse was reported stolen at 495 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Animal bite was reported at 259 N. Park Ave.

* A 1985 black Toyota was reported abandoned at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
