Arrests
Damontray L. Blair, 24, of 920 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and no operator's license.
Jason K. Hollowell, 18, of 1444 E. Main, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a Jefferson County warrant for forgery.
Christopher M. Depree, 23, of 1019 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
A person was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Three persons were placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Michael L. Arnold, 35, of Route 1, Box 335, Hendrickson, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Ripley County warrant for attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
A person was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of controlled substance.
David L. Franklin II, 34, of 1221 Tamms Road, Ullin, Ill., was arrested Thursday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
Misty R. McIntyre, 17, of 1228 Linden, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.Summonses
Sarah N. McIntyre, 18, of 422 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for failure to maintain property.
Karen J. Clark, 38, of 215 Pearl, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failing to maintain property free of litter.
Lawrence F. Scheiter III, 33, of 805 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, received two summonses Thursday for a leash law violation.
Cindy S. Benedict, 31, of 224 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failing to maintain property free of litter.
Thefts Cigarettes were reported stolen Wednesday at 1716 David.
A Missouri license plate bearing 595-HLE was reported stolen Wednesday at 228 Merriwether.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Bi-State at 920 N. Kingshighway.
Clothing was reported stolen Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Natasha N. Swinson, 17, of 224 12th Street, Cairo, Ill., received a summons on suspicion of stealing.
Liquor was reported stolen Wednesday by Schnucks at 19 S. Kingshighway. A person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing.
A Nintendo Playstation, memory cards and a credit card were reported stolen Wednesday at 301 N. Fountain.
A CD player was reported stolen Thursday at 3117 Themis.
Plastic penguins were reported stolen Wednesday by the Michael Tanner store at 2502 Tanner.
Medication was reported stolen Thursday at 2811 Bloomfield.
A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 526 S. Benton.
Burglaries
A burglary was reported Wednesday by EZ Express at 205 S. Kingshighway. Nothing was taken.
A microwave and television were reported stolen in a burglary Wednesday at 114 S. West End Blvd.Property damage
A door was reported damaged Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 407 Morgan Oak. Scottie L. Holloway, 35, of 813 N. Ferguson, Cape Girardeau, received a summons on suspicion of property damage.
Miscellaneous
Failure to return rental property was reported Thursday by Express Rent to Own at 320 S. Sprigg.
A red 10-speed Huffy bicycle was found Thursday at 421 S. Benton.

Todd D. Whaley and Leanne N. Eastman, both of Jackson, were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Summons
Robert E. Tubbs of Jackson received a summons Wednesday for driving while revoked and speeding.
