The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
James E. Carver, 34, of State Highway 3, McClure, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Willis D. Brown, 37, of 121 E. Rodney, Apt. F-3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault and an ex parte violation.
David K. Reaves, 53, of 134 S. Lorimier, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Adam B. Banks, 20, of 118 N. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation.
Anthony G. Elbrecht, 20, of 2769 State Highway V, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
Martha A. Sheron, 42, of 401 W. Gladys, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Summons
Cristi E. Hampton of 821 Connie Drive, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Thefts
Prescription medication and a wallet and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 331 S. Lorimier.
DVDs, makeup and personal care products were reported stolen Tuesday by Schnucks at 19 S. Kingshighway. Sammy E. Stafford Jr., 34, of 1558 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.Property damage
A vehicle window was reported damaged Wednesday at 2149 William.
Miscellaneous
Guns were found Tuesday at Cape Rock Park.
A gray 1980 Buick Riviera was reported abandoned Wednesday at 535 Boxwood.Jackson

Arrests
Steven R. Sadler, 21, of 411 N. Farmington, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, tampering and endangering the welfare of a child.
Summons
Jessica A. Koeper, 17, of 323 Hillcrest Drive, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for failure to obey a stop sign.Miscellaneous
Fraud was reported Tuesday at the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard and the 400 block of West Main.
A request was made Tuesday to check on the well-being of a person in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft was reported Tuesday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
