The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest Lauren J. Otis, 22, of 117 Daisy, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stealing clothing.

Summons Patricia A. Emmons, 39, of 530 S. Pacific, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for unlawful possession of a weapon.

Assault Rachel Hempstead, 17, of 623 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

A radio, a stereo, jewelry and cash were reported stolen Monday at 3103 Laurel Lane.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Monday by Rhodes at 407 Morgan Oak.

Four individuals received summonses Tuesday in connection with a stealing complaint made by Cape GMC Pontiac at 755 S. Kingshighway, where floor mats and a receiver hitch cover were taken, and they were arrested in connection with a stealing complaint made by Weiser Honda at 385 Siemers Drive, where a drop hitch and wheel cover were taken. The individuals were Kevin W. McCallum, 22, of 24484 Highway 25, Advance, Mo.; Crystal D. Coomer, 22, of 1300 West Mar Elm, Lot 2, Scott City; Nathan E. McIntosh, 21, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 85, Cape Girardeau; and Boyce B. Boese, 21, of 215 Frates, Chaffee, Mo.Burglaries

A burglary was reported Monday at 813 S. Sprigg. A Nintendo Game Cube and controllers were reported stolen.

A burglary was reported Monday at 40 S. Pindwood. Cash and miscellaneous items were taken.

A burglary was reported Tuesday at 2833 Themis. A Sony PlayStation, games, a VCR and a movie were reported taken.

A burglary was reported Tuesday at 2831 Whitener.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 1825 Bloomfield.

A vehicle window was reported damaged Tuesday at 1601 Bloomfield.

David L. Criddle, 64, of 5408 Kalmia Drive, Orlando, Fla., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Jay Wolfe, 46, of 118 E. Monroe, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Thefts

Theft was reported Monday at the 500 block of South Hope.

Theft was reported Monday at the 1100 block of Nell Green.

Theft was reported Saturday at the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Friday on Elwanda Drive.

Theft was reported Friday at the 100 block of Deal Court.

A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 2600 block of Mansfield.

A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 400 block of Michael Anna.

A domestic dispute was reported Sunday at the 400 block of White Oak.

A domestic dispute was reported Saturday at the 100 block of South Union.

Property damage was reported Monday at the 400 block of North Ohio.

Harassment was reported Monday at the 100 block of Court.
