Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs Mackey H. Smith, 31, 528 Francis St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and second-degree assault.
Robert B. Tatro Jr., 59, 203 S. Pacific, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance and driving while revoked.
Arrests
Kenneth D. Hester, 24, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 31, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
Steve R. Vanmeter, 18, 11 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eric L. Ford, 38, 259 N. Park St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of animal abuse, domestic assault and deviate sexual assault.
Thefts
A wooden bench was reported stolen from 2830 Independence St.
A bicycle was reported stolen from 337 N. Park St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.
A CB radio was reported stolen and vehicle windows damaged at Mid-South Steel, 2071 Corporate Circle.
Miscellaneous A 1994 blue GMC Jimmy was abandoned in the 200 block of Silver Springs Road.
An animal bite was reported at 8 N. Park St.
A utility pole and street light were damaged in a vehicle accident at Highway 177 and Morgan Oak Street. The vehicle left the scene.
A 1991 white Chevrolet Cavalier, license number 481 TCR, was reported abandoned on Limbaugh Lane.
A 1986 red Buick LeSabre, license number 047 EZP, was reported abandoned at 916 College Hill.
A gray 1999 Oldsmobile Aurora, license number 336 PYY, was reported abandoned at 20 N. Spanish St.
Jackson
The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Britt Nelson, 24, 1441 Greenleaf Ave., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Summons
Deborah Lintner, 51, 1319 E. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
