Arrests Chelsea M. Stahl, 20, of 416 N. Chamber, Apt. 14, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Charles B. Cunningham IV, 28, of 3916 Hopper Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Laclede County warrant for failure to appear.
Natasia C. White, 18, of 918 Nooney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for obstructing process.
Summonses Temesha L. Jefferson, 22, of 1020 Sturdivant, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for a peace disturbance.
Dewey L. Rush, 68, of 110 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Thefts Speakers, an amplifier and a CD player were reported stolen Monday at 319 Park.
An air compressor was reported stolen Monday at 3932 Scenic.
A makeup bag and its contents were reported stolen and a window damaged Monday at 2800 Pioneer.
Stealing and a false declaration were reported Monday at 2102 William.
A firearm, ammunition and jewelry were reported stolen Monday at 1319 Bloomfield.
A dog was reported stolen Monday at 1010 Locust.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes at 10 S. West End Blvd.
Ice was reported stolen Monday by D-Mart at 263 Farrar Drive.
A car organizer, currency and a postal box key were reported stolen and a glove box damaged Monday at 2800 Pioneer.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amerimart at 1320 N. Cape Rock.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes at 10 S. West End Blvd.
A nylon bag and games were reported stolen Tuesday at 606 S. Silver Springs.
Miscellaneous items were reported stolen from 1202 Broadway Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Burglary A check and cash were reported stolen Tuesday in a burglary at 31 Camelia.
