DWIs

* Nicholas Kostnos Demopoulos, 76, 1034 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, failure to drive in a single lane and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

* Ryan Lee Wichern, 23, 3008 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated and running a red light.

Arrests

* Michael Jimmy Anderson, 30, 121 E. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Thomas Lee White, 23, 1014 Sprigg St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

* Robert Lawrence Criddle, 23, 303 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

Summons

* Blake Tyler Moore, 20, 311 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Thefts

* A green tailgate was reported stolen at 7 E. Rodney Drive.

* Credit cards, currency and an Illinois handicap plaque belonging to Pulaski County, Ill., highway employees were reported stolen at 294 Siemers Drive.

* A tailgate and center hubcaps were reported stolen from Auffenberg Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge, 611 S. Kingshighway.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Mail and identity theft were reported at 51 Hazel St.

* Marion Eye Center and Optical, 297 S. Silver Springs Road, reported that someone damaged a door and file cabinet and took money.

* A purse was reported stolen from 918 College St.

* A carton of cigarettes was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* Temporary license tags were reported stolen at 2802 Independence St.

* A color television was reported stolen at 9 S. Henderson Ave.

Property damage

* A rear driver's side door was reported damaged at 614 Sycamore St.

* Glass windows and gutter downspouts were reported damaged at Capaha Bank, 1 S. Main St.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 2867 Whitener St. A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges.

Miscellaneous

* A black 1994 Ford ranger pickup truck was reported tampered with at Big Bend Road and Bertling Street.

* A black 1987 Pontiac was reported towed from 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A red 1989 Chrysler was reported towed from 3013 Mimosa Drive.

* A red 1995 Chevrolet Blazer was reported towed from 1601 Independence St.
