The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon at 115 Broadway.
  • A 12-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon at 115 Broadway.
  • A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
  • A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
  • Dennis Jerome Kimble, 22, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • John W. Clark, 42, 532 Algoa Lane, received a summons for property damage.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported at 42 N. Main St.

Thefts

  • Cape Girardeau Honda reported a motor vehicle theft.
  • BP, 835 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Two cell phones were reported taken from 2068 Anthony Drive.

Burglary

  • A door frame was damaged and a computer taken from 2839 Whitener St.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 2010 Chesapeake Ave.
  • Property damage was reported at 42 N. Main St.
  • The front tire on a vehicle was punctured at 1724 N. Kingshighway.
  • An amplifier was reported damaged and money was taken from 1727 Surrey Lane.
  • A vehicle window was broken and a briefcase was taken from 2921 Bella Vista Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 1 N. Main St.
  • A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Main Street and Broadway.
  • A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 123 N. Main St.
  • Indecent exposure was reported at 2400 County Farm Park South No. 21.
  • A Vista mountain bike was found at 2916 Bella Vista Drive.
  • Forgery was reported at 614 N. Fountain St.
  • Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 2902 Bernice St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Evan J. McManaman, 27, 1162 Trail Ridge Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and resisting arrest.

Summonses

  • Jaime E. McLeod, 27, 2092 Old Toll Road, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Thefts

  • A theft of fuel was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Miscellaneous

  • Stalking was reported in the 700 block of Andrew Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of North High Street.
