Arrests
- Misty Batterton, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
- Shannon M. Adams, 27, 817 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for criminal contempt of court.
- Dustin J. Williams, 18, 1024 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Lindsey D. Edwards-Garner, 25, 324 N. West End Blvd., Apt. A, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.
Summonses
- Christopher A. McMullen, 30, 535 Minnesota St., was issued a summons for failure to stop for stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Dennis W. Lipps, 42, 3115 Timmar Lane, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance, restricted parking and failure to maintain property.
Assaults
- A minor was cited into juvenile court in connection with an assault.
- A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
- A theft was reported.
- A theft of tools was reported at Merriwether and Main Streets.
- A theft of a bicycle was reported at 3025 Mimosa St.
- Amerimart, 1320 Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Kidd's II, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Arrest
- Hope M. Hamil, 35, of 728 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

- Shelly C. Jackson, 23, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Craig M. Hope, 20, 1115 Nell Green St., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license present.
- Heather N. Huffman, 19, 488 County Road 603, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Brandi W. Harris, 33, of Jefferson City, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way.
