Thefts; Arrests
Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Thefts
- A theft of games, DVDs, CDs, and skateboards and a burglary were reported at 1104 West Mount Drive, Apt. 105. An 11-year-old was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
- Associated Sheet Metal in Jackson reported cash and a cell phone stolen.
- A purse and cash were reported stolen at 621 Cordova Lane.
- An iPod mini, cash and a wallet were reported stolen at 100 West Park Mall.
- A computer and equipment were reported stolen at 1101 Bloomfield St.
Assault
- An assault and tampering with a victim were reported.
Miscellaneous
- Trespassing was reported.

Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Andrew R. McClendon, 23, of 502 N. Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
- Robert W. Penrod, 27, of 502 N. Neal St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thefts
- Bicycles were reported stolen in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.
- Property damage was reported in the 1700 block of Lee Avenue.
