Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tyler M. Banks, 35, Tamms, Il., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Sommer McCauley, 22, of 1036 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Tyler Clark, 20, of County Road 621, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Lizbeth Kehlenbrink, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of connection with driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation.

Summonses

• Matthew A. Yawn, 18, of Union, Mo., was issued a summons for a noise violation.
• Brian J. Schumaker, 19, of Jackson, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

• A third-degree assault was reported.
• A third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A theft was reported at 415 S. Ellis St.
• Rhodes 101, of 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A theft was reported at 421 Sheridan St.
• A theft was reported at 415 Sheridan St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Willis Stiltner Jr., 35, of Millersville, was arrested on suspicion of a third degree domestic assault.

Summonses

• Randy L. Koehler, 32, of 2094 Old Toll Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 2400 block of Berekly Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
