The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Edward B. Pierce, 47, of 1258 Linden, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in a single lane and failure to wear a seat belt.

Arrests Tia L. Wilson, 21, of 1364 Sherry, Bernie, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Steven Orcutt, 46, of 1409 Brookshire, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

Carolyn L. Riley, 30, of 719 Warren, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses Jerry L. Philpott, 62, of 19504 County Road 262, Bloomfield, Mo., received a summons Monday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Tyler P. Hawn, 38, of 602 Red Bud Circle, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Thefts A stereo and took set were reported stolen Monday at 470 S. Kingshighway.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Monday by Smokers Outlet at 2116 William.

A payroll check was reported stolen Monday by Concord Publishing at 500 William.

Shoes were reported stolen Monday by Shoe Carnival at 276 Siemers. Amanda L. Dunning, 18, of 4 N. Pindwood, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Don's Store 24 at 341 S. Sprigg.

A propane grill and tank were reported stolen Tuesday at 1534 N. Henderson.

Burglary Stereos were reported stolen in a burglary Monday by Weber's TV at 818 Broadway.

Property Damage A tire was reported damaged Monday at 6 Village Drive.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 60 S. Kingshighway.
