DWI Douglas D. Foulk, 23, of 21 N. Hanover, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Arrests Demetrius D. Clary, 35, of 407 N. Mount Auburn, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

Justin D. Roach, 17, of 742 Donna, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of burglary.

Brian E. Harris, 17, of 1145 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of assault, possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

Jon R. Giraudo, 21, of 1736 Dunklin, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and for attempting to manufacture a controlled substance.

Jared R. Caldwell, 21, of 1736 Dunklin, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and for attempting to manufacture a controlled substance.

Evan D. Johnson, 19, no current address, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Tracy M. Welch, 32, of 1500 Stoddard, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child and hindering prosecution.

Steven R. Bennett, 22, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Nicki D. Moore, 19, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher M. Leavy, 42, of 1224 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.

Brandi N. Housman, 20, of 205 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Brandi M. Hale, 20, no current address, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply, a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

A person was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Kenneth F. Rush, 46, of 420 Cross St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested Friday on a Charleston warrant for possession of marijuana an drug paraphernalia.

Isaiah Love Jr., 20, of 2837 Themis, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Poplar Bluff warrant for stealing.

Amanda M. Lucious, 20, of 1013 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a St. Louis County warrant for speeding.

Summonses Kenneth L. Harris, 18, of 605 E. Adams, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.

Catherine L. Hecht, 38, of 1023 Village Lane, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for illegal dumping.

Jessica L. Hempstead, 18, of 518 S. Ellis, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for a peace disturbance.

Jonathan Johnson, 42, of 548 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Thefts A television was reported stolen Thursday at 7 N. Park.

Liquor was reported stolen Thursday by Schnuck's at 19 S. Kingshighway. Derrick R. Bissel, 21, of 103 Clark, Apt. 302, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

A calculator, batteries and gum was reported stolen Thursday by Schnuck's at 19 S. Kingshighway. A 13-year-old boy was cited to juvenile court for stealing in connection with the offense.

Batteries and a metal workbench were reported stolen Friday by Express Tire and Auto at 2000 Independence.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary A burglary was reported Friday at 511 S. Ellis. Pictures, a combination printer, scanner, copier and fax machine and other assorted items were reported taken.

Property Damage A garage door window and vehicles were reported damaged Thursday at 102 Mason.

A fountain was reported damaged Thursday by St. Francis Medical Center at 211 St. Francis Drive.

A dog bite was reported Thursday at 144 S. West End Blvd.Jackson

David Dement, 21, 2760 Lynnwood Hills, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to have two head lamps.

Ryan Cameran, 19, of 1414 Francis Drive, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
