Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A subject is in custody pending charges of driving while suspended.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of unlawful use of a weapon.
• Adrin Nunley, 20, of 1026 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Timothy C. Owens, 123 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Delvin Massey, 49, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A suspect is in custody for suspicion of stealing.

Assaults

• A domestic assault was reported.
• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• Amerimart BP, of 1320 W. Cape Rock Road, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A checkbook was reported stolen at 636 S. Park Ave.
• A radar detector, flashlight and cigarettes were reported stolen at 2609 Janet Drive.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

• Property was reported damaged at 823 Clark Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Property was reported found at Jefferson and Louisiana avenues.
• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• Trespassing was reported at 422 Bellevue St., Apt. C.
• Reckless burning and trespassing was reported at 419 S. Sprigg St., No. 3.

• Christopher M. Burton, 28, of Burfordville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
• Patricia L. Graf, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
• Shaun M. Varro, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for non-support.
• Jessica, L. Muench, 26, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.
• Otis D. Rutherford, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

DWI

• Crystal G. Statler, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
