Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Terry L. Webster, 45, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine.
  • Eddie Childress, 59, of Dyersburg, Tenn, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and suspended operator's license.
  • Clarence Brown Jr., 21, of 816 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on six Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for insurance identification card required, delivery or concealment of contraband and failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor and false declaration and revoked operator's license.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway juvenile later located.
  • George V. Bellefeuille Jr., 24, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
  • Patricia A. Cox, 42, of 422 Bellevue St., No. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for peace disturbance.
  • Aundra D. Wren, 21, of 2842 Themis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for noise disturbance and walking in the road when a sidewalk was available and for domestic assault.
  • Alshawnte A. Wiggins, 26, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of resisting arrest by flight, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, failure to use turn signal and no insurance.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of burglary/stealing.

Summons

  • Tony L. Harris, Jr., 22, of 1335 Amblewood Drive, No. 12, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

  • Regions Bank, 407 N. Kingshighway, reported a counterfeiting.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A bag was reported stolen at 2432 Camel Back Road.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at 407 N. Kingshighway.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone was reported at 623 N. Spanish St.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • Kidd's, 304 E. Jackson Blvd, reported a theft of $20 worth of fuel.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Morton Street.
  • Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.
  • A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
  • A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
  • A custody order was reported violated in the 400 block of East Lane.
