DWIs; Summons

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Tuesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Susan Marie Ludolph, 28, 151 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Lela Victoria Nalley, 29, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no insurance.

Arrests

  • Curtis Leon Jordan Jr., 45, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.
  • Shirely Ann Seals, 37, of Wolf Lake, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Michael Wayne Terry, 56, 1858 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.
  • Larry Jean Bridges Jr., 21, 1019 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
  • A subject was arrested pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked, resisting arrest by fleeing, tampering with evidence, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, displaying another's plates, failure to use a turn signal and no proof of insurance.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault and stealing were reported.
  • Domestic assault, stealing, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

  • A band saw was reported stolen at 1512 Big Bend Road.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • A floor and door were reported damaged at Buckner Brewing Co., 132 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

  • Failure to maintain property free of trash was reported.
  • A 14-year-old boy was in custody for truancy and false reports.
  • Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Main and Themis streets.
  • Hindering prosecution was reported.
  • A wallet was found at 612 S. Sprigg St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Tuesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

  • Ami D. Illers, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane and driving while intoxicated.

Theft

  • Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Littering was reported in the 900 block of East Adams Street.
