Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Doyle T. Bridges, 35, of Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
- Ryan J. Christian, 18, 1138 Landgraf Drive, and Justin L. Nelson, 17, 814 N. Fountain St., were arrested on suspicion of assault.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.
- Patricia A. Cox, 42, address unknown, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for property damage.
- Aaron L. Hill, 19, 10 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and false declaration.
- Steven B. Smoot, 18, and Donnie R. Whitney, 45, both of Charleston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for truancy.

Thefts
- Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A theft of copper tubing was reported at 1533 Independence St.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 3061 William St.
- Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A cell phone, credit card and cash were reported stolen at 224 N. Park Ave.

Summonses
- Kathryn R. Gentry, 27, 2345 Garrett Lane, Apt. C, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Nichole E. Laubauch, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Glenn E. Ehlers, 67, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Victorino L. Gabriel, 32, 103 N. Clark St., was issued a summons for no valid license.
- Jennifer L. Hampton, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely causing an accident.
Thefts
- A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
