- Artresha T. Wallace, 25, 2839 Whitener St., Apt. A4, was arrested on two Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
- Jason E. Cooper, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while license revoked.
Summons
- Marcus T. Anthony, of 1317 Monticello Lane, received a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign, striking a legally stopped vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

- Kidd's Gasoline, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, reported the theft of a picture with frame.
- A dog was reported stolen at 7 N. Park Drive.
- Kidds II, Inc., 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- Dollar General, 724 Broadway, reported a theft of lighters.
- Smoker's Outlet, 2116 William St., reported a theft of cigarettes.
Miscellaneous
- A peace disturbance was reported.

Jackson

- A 16-year-old Cape Girardeau boy was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit.
