Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Zuvonda L. Richardson, 19, 903 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
  • Sean M. Daugherty, 37, 2425 Sunny Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.

Thefts

  • A broken vehicle window was reported and a CD player, speakers and stereo equipment stolen at 1033 N. Middle St.
  • Kiefner Brothers Inc., 1459 N. Kingshighway, reported theft by deception.
  • A broken vehicle window was reported and a CD player and stereo equipment were reported stolen at 6 Village Drive.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 611 Mechaw Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A CD player and CDs were reported stolen at 426 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

  • A shopping cart was reported pushed into the side of a vehicle at 3440 Lowes Drive.
  • A vehicle struck a house at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Highway 177 and left the scene.
  • Dairy Queen, 31 S. Kingshighway, reported a door and telephone damaged.

Summons

  • Chris N. Whites, 22, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 701, received a summons for maintaining disorderly house.

Miscellaneous

  • A Missouri license plate was reported found.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
  • A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A bicycle was reported found.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 2500 block of Terrace Park Place.

Property damage

  • Property was reported damaged on South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
