  • Linda C. Harris, 50, of 243 N. Park Ave. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and another driving charge.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of DWI, failure to maintain a single lane and other charges.

Arrests

  • Michael S. James, 40, of 1030 Anna St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of paraphernalia.
  • Maximillian E. Smith, 20, of 313 N. Fountain St. No. 3 was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for assault and failure to appear.
  • Kentasha D. Moore, 18, of 211 Minnesota Ave. was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and peace disturbance and trespassing.

Summonses

  • Jacob W. Bias, 21, of 5351 Mardel St., St. Louis, was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

Thefts

  • A cigarette case and its contents were reported stolen at 214 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 at 2109 William St.
  • A playstation was reported stolen at 3023 Aspen Drive.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 128 S. Park Drive.

Assaults

  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • Jerome L. Bridges, 20, of 3023 Aspen Drive, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
