Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Linda C. Harris, 50, of 243 N. Park Ave. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and another driving charge.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of DWI, failure to maintain a single lane and other charges.

Arrests

• Michael S. James, 40, of 1030 Anna St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of paraphernalia.
• Maximillian E. Smith, 20, of 313 N. Fountain St. No. 3 was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for assault and failure to appear.
• Kentasha D. Moore, 18, of 211 Minnesota Ave. was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and peace disturbance and trespassing.

Summonses

• Jacob W. Bias, 21, of 5351 Mardel St., St. Louis, was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

Thefts

• A cigarette case and its contents were reported stolen at 214 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 at 2109 William St.
• A playstation was reported stolen at 3023 Aspen Drive.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 128 S. Park Drive.

Assaults

• Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
• Jerome L. Bridges, 20, of 3023 Aspen Drive, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Property Damage

• Graffiti was reported on a building at 221 N. Fountain St.
• An air conditioner was reported stolen at 400 Broadway.
• Vehicle damage was reported at 617 North St.
• A mailbox and post were reported damaged at 2717 N. Themis St.
• A window was reported broken and door reported damaged at 618 Bellevue St.
• A tire was reported punctured at 621 Sycamore Circle.

Miscellaneous

• A subject suspected of prostitution is in custody pending formal charges.
• Child abuse was reported.
• Child abuse was reported.
• A missing person was reported.
• A suspect is in custody on suspicion of having no operators license, no insurance, resisting arrest and other charges.
• Identity theft was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items, arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

• Emily B. Swift, 30, of 140 Glen Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Dawn R. Gribler, 36, 4987 Route V, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Brock R. Davis, 41, of 190 Garnet Ln., Millersville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property was reported damaged in the 400 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

• Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Donna Lynn Drive.
• A request to check the welfare of someone was reported on East Ln and Oak Street.
• A suspicious person was reported on Old Cape Road & Donna Drive.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported on Mulberry Street and Ridge Road.
• A suspicious vehicle was reported on West Park Street.
• A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
• Disturbing the peace was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.
