Arrests
- Christopher M. Burton, 28, of Burfordville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
- Raymond D. Garner, 42, of 1558 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Larry J. Bridges, 42, 1113 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
- Jennifer L. Wamble, 41, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Lowell C. Milner, Jr., 41, 725 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Gary W. Watkins, 46, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- A subject is in custody pending charges of stealing.
- James D. Hastings, 55, 624 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Derick D. Tucker, 24, 2837 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation.
- Bruce A. Boulden, 57, 1935 Westwood, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, failure to pay fines for no proof of insurance and improper backing.
- Terrie L. Eaker, 23, 3011 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Chrishanda V. Jacobs, 401 Washington Ave., Apt. 7, was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for assault and Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.
- Zachary Ricks, 22, 3001 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and two Holt County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for drug paraphernalia and for traffic.
- Arturo Gonzalez, 20, 3009 Mimosa St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of having no driver's license.
Summons
- Charlie L. Hankins Jr., 2846 Whitener St. Apt. A-2, was issued a summons for exceeding the legal limit, operating a vehicle with a revoked license, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving while impaired.
- Jason D. Amann, 33, 814 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for a vicious dog declared, a leash-law violation and failure to provide city animal license.

Thefts
- Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A 1985 silver/blue Chevrolet was reported stolen.
- A subwoofer was reported stolen at 625 Flint Hill Road.
- A silver Ford Escape was reported stolen at 333 N. Frederick St.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Money was reported stolen at 1138 Oak Ridge Court.
- A theft of medication was reported at 10 S. Henderson Ave.
- A lighter and money were reported stolen at 1238 Meadowbrook Drive.
- Aluminum rims were reported stolen at 2004 Themis St.
- A gun and holster were reported stolen at 304 Fourth St.
- A stereo and amplifier were reported stolen at 230 N. Spring St.
- Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- Aluminum ramps were reported stolen at 2004 Themis St.
- Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Makeeta L. Randle, 19, of St. Louis, and Tomika Dentman, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, were arrested in connection with the incident.
Property damage
- Last Call, 632 Broadway, reported a broken window.
- Scratches on vehicle were reported at 318 S. Lorimier St.
- A door handle was reported damaged at 1857 Rusmar St.
- A section of vinyl siding was reported damaged at 113 S. Pacific St.
Miscellaneous
- Failure to maintain property free of trash was reported.
- A suspicious fire was reported.
- Endgangering the welfare of a child was reported.
