Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Justin Deangelo Moore, 26, 1830 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
• Tyrone Eric Wade, 19, 534 North Fountain St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
• Christopher Adam Price, 17, 151 South Cavalier, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• Cody Allan McSwain, 20, 1502 Hilleman Drive, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• A suspect was arrested pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
• Tareq H. Albustagi, 19, 204 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to display headlamps and driving while revoked.
• Terrelle T. Hulbert, 26, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

• Juhdea Dale Price, 20, 1606 Good Hope St., received a summons for prohibited acts and noise violation.
• Eric W. Seekford, 27, 321 Dearmont Circle, received a summons for prohibited acts noise violation.
• Garrett M. Senciboy, 26, 313 Yoakum Ave., No. 3, Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for open container violation.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A Missouri license plate was stolen at 1201 N. Spanish St.
• Wal-Mart reported a theft. A juvenile was cited into juvenile court.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Clothes were reported stolen from 3059 William St.
• A handgun was reported stolen from 605 Spanish St.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A car seat was reported stolen from 1701 Lacey St.

Property damage

• A mailbox was reported damaged at 1515 Bertling St.

• Stacy Rae Anderson, 35, 223 Ponderosa Lane, Oak Ridge, Mo., received a summons for driving while revoked and another for no insurance.
