Arrests

  • Angela S. Luttrell, 24, of 316 E. Lane, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Antonio R. Johnson, 28, of 316 E. Lane, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Robert E. Haynes, 38, of 1474 County Road 325 in Scott City, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to show proof of insurance and speeding.
  • Nathan J. Miller, 17, of 1548 County Road 622 in Perryville, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and being a minor in possession of tobacco products.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported broken in the 800 block of Oak Street.
  • A door was reported damaged in the 400 block of East Lane.

Fraud

  • Identity theft and credit card fraud were reported in the 1600 block of Deerwood Drive.

Thefts

  • A license plate was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Wedgewood Drive.
  • A cell phone and clothing were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of South Oklahoma Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A property dispute was reported in the 100 block of Neal Street.
  • Child endangerment was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
