Edson C. Chavez, 21, of 1633 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.Arrest

Linda Renicke, 43, of 4897 Highway 72, Jackson, was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and stealing.

Assault

Gary W. Macagni, 32, of 7824 Petty, Arbyrd, Mo., received a summons Friday on suspicion of assault from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.Thefts

Food was reported stolen Sunday by Denny's at 161 West Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

CDs, DVD players and a Nintendo Game Boy player were reported stolen Sunday by Hastings.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Jewelry was reported stolen Monday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

Windows were reported broken Monday by Fireside Shoppe at 300 N. Kingshighway.Miscellaneous

A 19-year-old female was reported missing Monday at 1719 West Point. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
