Arrests Weldon B. Bryant, 46, of 1005 Emily Court, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Christopher M. Johnston Jr., 17, of 543 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of an unlawful weapon.
Derek C. Gant, 22, of 3038 Westfield, Apt. 114, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Gregory L. Nicholson, 32, of 918 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
Wahkuna J. Dixon, 23, of 1015 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Robert L. Criddle, 21, of 2833 Themis, Apt. 5, received a summons Wednesday for peace disturbance and a summons Thursday for trespassing.
Kyle D. Watson, 21, of 20 N. Pindwood, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of drug paraphernalia.
Takina M. Maxwell, 22, of 612 Emerald, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for trespassing.
Thefts
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Rhodes at 1126 N. Sprigg.
Makeup and face cream were reported stolen Wednesday by Schnucks at 19 S. Kingshighway. Monica O. Waldon, 48, of 1756 Anna St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Cash was reported stolen Wednesday by Prime Wireless Inc. at 9013 West Park Mall.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at the 200 block of Good Hope.
Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday by FTZ Performance Inc. at 408 S. Kingshighway.
