DWI

  • Jessica E. Yeo, 30, of 138 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to signal a turn.

Arrests

  • Travis S. Scales, 25, of 812 Good Hope St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for trial for property damage.
  • Chi-chi L. Manus, 53, of 636 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Everett P. Way, 31, of 1422 Bertling St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for trial of improper registration and a revoked operator's license.
  • Paul J. Chatman, 43, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. F, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lee C. Elery, 27, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for drug possession and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Melvin Steward, 45, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license and driving without proof of insurance and a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license and driving without proof of insurance.
  • Mable L. Mercer, 39, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested by the Jackson Police Department on two warrants for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Erin L. Ward, 23, of 555 N. Spring St. No. 53, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.
  • Brett M. Dieffenbach of 424 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

Assaults

  • A domestic assault and resisting arrested were reported.

Thefts

  • Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of two beers. Vincent L. Twiggs, 47, of 1200 Cousin St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of two printer cartridges. Bobbie Jo Hill, 35, of Whitewater received a summons in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported two separate incidents of theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 426 Bellevue No. 1. A DVD player and medication were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported at 3276 William St. Prahans P. Desai, 31, of 2464 Cheetah Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Trespassing was reported at 324 S. Hanover St. Melvin Steward, 45, of Scott City was arrested in connection with the complaint and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an imitation controlled substance.
  • A peace disturbance was reported at 2838 Lear Drive.

Jackson

  • A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

  • Property was reported damaged in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • A fraud was reported in the 1200 block of Apache Drive.
  • A fraud was reported in the 400 block of West Independence Street.
  • A fraud was reported in the 200 block of South Bellevue Street.
  • Harassing telephone calls were reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
  • Harassing telephone calls were reported in the 500 block of Connie Drive.
  • A peace disturbance was reported on East Main Street.
