Arrests

• A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing from a motor vehicle.
• Joshua Ryan Kelton, 34, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on two counts of speeding.
• Demontrae Dion, 19, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 2012 Independence St.
• Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, 2012 Independence St.

DWI

• Beverly A. Augustine, 66, 2130 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

• Three juveniles were cited for resisting arrest and being visibly intoxicated minors.
• Three juveniles were cited for stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William Street.
• Paige M. Flentge, 19, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
