  • Misty D. Eisenhauer, 42, of Du Quoin, Illinois, was arrested at 401 Independence St. on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Summons

  • Connell L. Chapman Jr., 48, 1237 N. Water St., was issued a summons for failure to keep a business free of litter.

Assault

  • Domestic assault, resisting arrest and protective custody were reported.

  • Burglary and theft were reported at 229 S. Lorimier St.

Thefts

  • Food was reported stolen at 2123 Broadway.
  • A Samsung cellphone was reported stolen at 8 Village Lane.
