The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Kenneth J. Mandel, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, no driver's license, failure to drive on right half of road and striking a legally parked vehicle.

Arrests

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

* Andrew S. Rhodes, 27, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Danzel D. Trice Sr., 41, 806 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for tampering.

* Erik E. Esmon, 25, 117 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and no tail light.

Summonses

* Chelsee J. McFarlen, no age given, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Samantha J. Kinzel, no age given, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Stephanie A. Jones, no age given, of Memphis, Tennessee, was issued a summons for no driver's license, failure to yield and no insurance.

* Justin T. Craft, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Jared E. Kinder, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage.

* Donnie R. Shuck, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at 733 Broadway.

* A Nikon camera was reported stolen at 2847 Whitener St.

* Vehicle registration papers were reported stolen at North Kingshighway and Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Service was requested.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Service was requested at William and Lorimier streets.

* Fradulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
